We want you to be happy and successful on our diet, so we do not want you to be stuck with product that you just don’t want or cannot use. We offer either exchange or full refund for unused products. Unused means a box of diet products that has not been opened and all of the seven packets are still there. We do not make exchanges or refunds on partially used boxes. If you have ordered and feel that you cannot stay on the diet, for whatever reason, you can send the unused product back for a full refund of your money. You must fill out our refund request form and enclose it in your return package. Please use a shipper that will give you a tracking number so we can locate your package if we do not receive it. We will refund your money within ten business days. If you have ordered several boxes of a particular product that you do not like and wish to exchange it, please fill out the exchange request form and enclose it in your package. Again, please use a shipper that can track your package. We will ship out your new product within three business days at out expense. Arizona Diet Products offers free shipping on all orders of $200.00 or more. We will also include a free shaker jar with your order. Free shipping is UPS Ground and only to the Continental United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. There will be a $10.00 additional shipping cost to ship your order to those areas, whether your oder is $200.00 or below. We ship all out orders UPS, and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the order. All orders that come into us by 2:00 PM will be shipped out the same day. It usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your order by UPS Ground. We can also ship your product to you faster than UPS Ground if you like, but it will cost more. We do not offer free shipping for orders of $200.00 or more on Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air. There will be an additional charge for these services on all orders including orders over $200.00.
