Weight Loss Plans
Arizona Diet Products has both a plan for women and a separate plan for men. Men generally require more calories and protein on a daily basis, and we take that into account in our plans. I have a great deal of personal experience with many of the more popular diets over the past ten years, and we have utilized the most important and valuable parts of many of these diet plans. Losing weight generally means eating less calories than you are used to eating, but not always. It is more important to eat the correct calories and spread them out through out the day. That way, your body does not have a chance to “store up” excess calories as fat. This is why many people who are trying to lose weight fail. They starve themselves through out the day, and then in the evening, they eat a huge meal. This will just make you fatter! Trust me. I know.
Arizona Diet Products Women’s Program
You will eat six (6) of our products and one of our snacks each day. Spread them out every two hours or so. These “meals” can be one of our high protein shakes or a pudding, a bar, a soup, a cereal in the morning, or one of our delicious flavored drinks. That will take you through the majority of the day, or at least, until dinner time. For dinner, you eat a normal meal (Lean and Green Meal). This is comprised of food you will buy at the grocery store. For women, we suggest six ounces (6 oz) of meat. This can be either fish, lean pork, chicken, or very lean red meat. Never fry your meat dish. We recommend you broil, grill, or bake your meat. You will also eat a full cup of green cooked vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, etc. You can even have cauliflower. No potatoes at the start. You will also eat a large salad of mixed greens, but with no carrots or avocados. You should also really watch the type of salad dressing you use. Always read the label on the back to see just how much fat and how many calories each tablespoon of the dressing contains. Most of the dressings that say low fat, are full of calories. Balsamic vinegar is an excellent choice. We also recommend that you stop eating bread and pasta. These things can be added to your daily intake later, after you have lost a good portion of the weight you intend to lose. That is it. Trust me, it works!
Arizona Diet Products Men’s Program
The men’s program is very similar to the women’s except you eat seven (7) of our products and one of our snacks each day . We also adjust the evening “lean and green” meal to have eight ounces (8oz) of meat. All the rest remains the same.
Exercising on the Arizona Diet Program
Exercising is an important part of staying slim. Without exercise, you will need to take in less calories every day to lose weight. We recommend an every day walking program. Ken Cooper revolutionized the work out industry with his walking routines, and they work. Simply walk at a normal or brisk pace thirty (30) minutes each day. Better in the morning, but anytime will do. After each two (2) or four (4) week interval, you increase by fifteen (15) minutes. Once you are up to an hour daily, then it is time to go to the gym and lift light weights along with your walking routine. You do not have to run to lose weight, and you absolutely, do not have to starve. Nor should you ever starve yourself to lose weight.
